Nicola Verlato

Nicola Verlato was born in Verona, Italy. His work has been exhibited in Berlin, Milan, Venice and New York. This is his first show in Los Angeles.

This new series of paintings depicts a world in turmoil, thrown into disarray by whirling forces that wreak havoc and destruction. This chaos levels differences. The most improbable combinations now not only appear possible, but generate a new kind of meaning and aesthetic.
